Malu Cutlats (Fish Cutlats)

400g tin fish
2 tbsp ginger – garlic paste
2tbsp chop anion
2 egg
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp chilly powder
1 bunch coriander leaves
100g bread crumbs
3 chop green chillies
salt to taste
oil for frying
½ tsp turmeric powder
300g boiled potato

Direction :
remove boiled potato skin, mash it and fish with hand, than heat 3 tbsp oil and add ginger garlic and anion, fry to golden brown color, than add  chopped green chillies, salt, coriander leaves, chilly powder, pepper powder and finely fish and potato cook all for 3 min. mix all & make cutlets of round or any shape you like. Beat egg lightly. Dip cutlet in egg and roll them in bread crumbs. finally Heat oil. (Oil should be very hot), Fry till brown
