Ingredients :
100g dried headless sprats
50g sliced onion
30g chilli pieces
4tbsp oil
1/2tsp turmeric powder
2tbsp sugar
5 curry lesves
1tbsp chopped garlic
salt to taste
Directions :
heat oil in a pan and add sprats and garlic fry it about 5 minutes (under low fire). next add other all ingredients and cook onother 5 minutes. serve with rice.
