Mixed Vegetable Tempered Recipe

250 g cabbage
100 g leeks
150 g beans
150 g potato
150 g carrot
50 g  2 onions, sliced
1 strand of curry leaves
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp of red chilli pieces
3 tsp Umbalakada
2 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp curry powder
5 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste

fist wash and cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
then heat oil in a pan add anion and ginger galic paste. fry it to golden brown color. next add all vegetables and cook about 10 minutes. next mix
chilli pieces, curry leaves, Umbalakada, curry powder, turmeric powder, and salt. then cook another 3 minutes and mix well.
