Ingredients :
250g red onions
1 1/2cups coconut milk
5 curry leaves
2tsp chopped garlic
1tsp curry powder
1tsp chilli powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1/2tsp fenugreek seeds
2 chopped green chilli
20g chopped tomato
2tbsp oil
salt to taste
Directions :
remove red onion’s skin and wash well. then heat oil and add garlic and fry it to golden brown color, then add
onion and fry it about 3 minutes (stir between frying) next add curry powder, chilli powder, fenugreek seeds, tomato, turmeric powder, green chilli and curry leaves. then mix it well. next add coconut milk and cook about
10 minutes (stir between cooking).
