Ingredients :
500g ash plantains
1cup coconut milk
1tsp curry powder
1/2tsp chilli powder
1/2tsp cumin powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
5 curry leaves
2 inch rampe
50g chopped onion
2 chopped green chilli
1/4tsp fenugreek seeds
1tsp vinegar
salt to taste
Directions :
cut ash plantains in to 2cm size pieces and mix with some turmeric powder and salt, keep it about 10 minutes and fry to golden brown color. next heat 2tsp oil in a pan and add onion, rampe, green chilli, curry leaves, funugreek seeds nd fry it i minute. then add turmeric powder, cuury powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, vinigar, coconut milk and boil it about 5 minutes. Next add fried platain and cook another 5 minutes.
