Ingredients :
500g sliced tomato
1cup coconut milk
50g chopped onion
2 chopped green chilli
5 curry leaves
1tsp curry powder
1tsp chilli powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
3tsp oil
2tsp chopped garlic
1tsp chopped ginger
1tsp fenugreek seeds
1 inch rampe
1tbsp maldive fish
2 cloves
3 cardamoms
2tsp sugar
salt to taste
Directions :
heat oil and add ginger, garlic, and onion, fry it for golden brown color,next add curry leaves, rampe, maldive fish, cloves, cardamoms, then fry it about 1 minute, next add green chilli, curry powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek seeds, salt, sugar, coconut milk and tomato, cook it about 15 minutes.
