Ingredients :
200g leeks
50g banana peppers
1cup coconut milk
1tsp curry powder
1/2tsp chilli powder
5 curry leaves
1 inch rampe
1/2tsp turmeric powder
20g sliced onion
1tbsp chopped garlic
salt to taste
Directions :
wash and cut leeks and banana pepper to your like. next add all ingredients in to a pan and cook about 10 minutes.
