Ingredients :
1 pineapple
cinnamon
cardamom
10 curry leaves
1tbsp curry powder
1tbsp chilli powder
20g chopped tomato
1tbsp chopped garlic
1/2tbsp chopped ginger
100g sugar
salt to taste
1/2 turmeric powder
2tbsp oil
2cup water
20g chopped onions
Directions :
cut pineapple to 2cm x 2cm peaces.
heat oil and ginger, garlic and onion. fry it to golden brown color then add cinnamon, cardamom, tomato,turmeric powder,green chilli, curry powder, and chilli powder. and fry it about 1 minute. next add pineapple and water. cook it about 30 minute and add sugar and cook another 10 minute.
