Ingredients :
1 medium size breadfruit (Del)
1tbsp chopped garlic
50g sliced onion
5 curry leaves
2 chopped green chilli
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1tsp curry powder
1/2tsp chilli powder
1/2tsp pepper powder
1/2tsp mustard seeds
1/2tsp chilli pieces
1 inch cinnamon
3tbsp oil
1cup thick coconut milk
1cup water
salt to taste
Directions :
cut bread fruit in to pieces and add in to a pan with water, half of onion, half of garlic, green chilli, turmeric powder, half of curry powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, and cinnamon. then cook it about 20 minutes, (don’t forget stir in between. next heat oil in a saucepan and add mustard seeds, after frying it add other all ingredients and fry about 1 minute. then add it to the bread fruit curry with coconut milk and cook another 5 minutes.
