Ingredients :
50 Jack seeds
2tbsp shredded coconut
1tbsp wight rice
3cups coconut milk
1tsp curry powder
1tsp chilli powder
1/2tsp pepper powder
10 chopped red onion
3tsp chopped garlic
1/2tsp funugreek seeds
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1inch cinnamon
10 curry leaves
3tsp oil
salt to taste
Directions :
cut jack seeds into 2 pieces and boil it then drain water(do not remove skin). fry shredded coconut and wight rice for golden brown color. next heat oil and add garlic and red onion, fry it to golden brown color, next add other all ingredients and cook about 10 minutes under low fire. you can serve this curry with rice.
