Ingredients :
4 Green Mangoes
cinnamon
cardamom
10 curry leaves
1tbsp curry powder
1tbsp chilli powder
20g chopped tomato
1tbsp chopped garlic
1/2tbsp chopped ginger
100g sugar
salt to taste
1/2 turmeric powder
2tbsp oil
2cup coconut milk
20g chopped onions
Directions :
cut each mango to 4 peaces.
heat oil and add ginger, garlic and onion. fry it to golden brown color then add cinnamon, cardamom, tomato,turmeric powder,green chilli, curry powder, and chilli powder. and fry it about 1 minute. next add mango and coconut milk. cook it about 30 minute and add sugar and cook another 10 minute.
